Guangdong Coremail Technology Co., Ltd. is recruiting for two overseas-focused Management Trainee programs: Non-Technical Management Trainee (Overseas Direction) and Technical Management Trainee (Overseas Direction). Both roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s expansion in international markets.

Non-Technical Management Trainee (Overseas Direction)

This program is designed to cultivate marketing leaders who can establish and promote Coremail’s brand in local markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, any major.
• Excellent English proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, writing) OR strong Chinese communication skills.

• High self-drive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market changes and demands.

Technical Management Trainee (Overseas Direction)

This role focuses on providing technical pre-sales support for email system projects in overseas regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales technical support for self-built email projects in Thailand, Indonesia, Middle East, Central Asia, Egypt, and North Africa. This includes assisting with customer insight, opportunity validation, identification, and developing regional solutions and expansion strategies.
• Engage with key clients to understand their business challenges, conduct competitive analysis, and develop differentiated solutions that encourage clients to adopt Coremail’s offerings.
• Handle pre-sales communication and technical fulfillment requirements for large project tenders, including preparing relevant technical proposals.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and deployment for local clients.
• Track new industry technologies and trends, perform competitive analysis, and propose product optimization suggestions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for STEM-related backgrounds.
• Excellent English proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, writing) OR strong Chinese communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with mainstream IT technical knowledge and the ability to learn business knowledge quickly.
• Familiarity with the Linux operating system is a plus.
