II Job Responsibilities
- 01 Industry and competition analysis: Assist in collecting industry dynamics and competitor information, conduct business data analysis, and provide support for the company’s strategic decision-making.
- 02 Monitoring business indicators: Assist in tracking and analyzing the company’s business indicators, find potential problems and put forward optimization suggestions.
- 03 Process optimization and collaborative operation: Assist in formulating and optimizing the company’s internal processes, improve the efficiency of cross-departmental collaboration, and promote the continuous optimization of value chain operations.
- 04 Event planning and execution: Assist in organizing and planning the company’s internal and external activities, including program design, resource coordination and activity execution.
III Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students, majors are not limited, business administration, management, marketing and other related majors are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate efficiently with different departments and teams.
- Have strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, and be able to complete tasks and propose solutions independently.
- Be willing to explore new things, be familiar with and often use innovative tools such as DeepSeek, Bean Bag, Kimi, etc.
