MCC Communication & Construction Group Co. Ltd, as a subsidiary of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC), formed by MCC Communication Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, the MCC HI-TECH Engineering Co., Ltd and the MCC(Guangxi) Ma Wu Highway construction & development Co., Ltd on 18th September 2014. The registered capital is 9.3billon RMB.
MCC as the largest metallurgical engineering contractor and provider of technological upgrading and reconstruction services in metallurgical engineering, and also being the pioneer and developer of the Chinese basic construction. China Minmetals and MCC Group had successfully been restructured, which is the first strategic restructuring between two domestic companies both ranked among the Fortune Global 500 in China.
MCC Communication & Construction Group Co. Ltd has first grade general contract qualification of highway engineering and municipal public facilities, the first grade professional contract qualification of bridge engineering, road surface and subgrade construction, the professional contract qualification of urban rail, the 2nd grade qualification of ground and foundation engineering. In the real estate development area, the company has first grade housing construction general contracting qualification.
