江苏中利集团股份有限公司（SZ:002309）成立于1988年，总部位于江苏常熟，是“世界 500强”厦门建发集团下属核心企业厦门建发股份有限公司（SH:600153）的控股子公司。

Jiangsu Zhongli Group Co., LTD. (SZ: 002309) was established in 1988, with its headquarters located in Changshu, Jiangsu Province. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (SH: 600153), a core enterprise under the “Fortune Global 500” C&D Corp., Ltd. Zhongli Group has two main businesses: Cables and Photovoltaics. Through over 30 years of continuous development, it has now grown into a national key high-tech group and owns six national high-tech enterprises.
At present, Zhongli Group’s products and services have expanded to include communication cables, Marine cables, Mining cables, Cables for railways and urban rail transit, Power cables, New energy cables, Solar cells and modules, investment, construction and operation of solar photovoltaic power stations, etc. It has multiple production and sales bases both at home and abroad, and has established branches and offices in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and other regions.
